NAMIBIA: MOTSWANA MO ERONGO DANCE GROUP
Traditional Dance in Africa is rooted in the hearts of the people. It enriches all of our social and ceremonial activities which are closely connected with the traditional rhythms and music traditions of the various regions. Motswana Mo Erongo is a cultural troop in Swapomund, Modesa in Namibia. The group which started with two people now has a membership of two hundred. Their mission is to bring the youth together and teach them about their culture and the history of their ancestors.
