I guess I’m the only player who liked the campaigns, I understand wanting to merge the tech trees but it still like to have the ability to choose campaign maps I want to play
I hate that they removed the campaigns. They could do so much with it (even other wars not only WW2) but now i fight with my Tiger 2 or Stg44 in the battle of Moskow... The Japanese are now completely unplayable and i'm pretty sure in a few years we have post war tanks etc. in the game and make all heavy tanks useless. Same shit like in war thunder...
When I first started playing this game, Moscow was the campaign I initially jumped into and it was the campaign that kept me coming back for more. The immersion and unique gameplay mixed in with the balance made it really fun. This campaign will be missed.
The campaigns were like the best part of the game. Really made it stand out as a fps. Now, you might as well play a different game. A real shame they removed it.
I agree the Urban warfare there is insane. Plus, when will you ever be able to play the Germans in Berlin 1945?? NEVER! I doubt anyone will wanna do that because it’s such a risky maneuver nowadays because people are retards & don’t know history for the most part so they see Germans in WWI & WWII & immediately think NAZI!
Moscow and Normandy were my favorites and inarguably the best campaigns. Moscow had great ambience. That early war, winter, eastern-front feeling. Very balanced too. I had some memorable matches in its excelent maps like Fortified District, Monastery and Maisky Forestry. Just the authentic Enlisted experience. 10/10. Normandy is my go-to campaign that I always play. The ambience is also great, though opposite to Moscow's (the cozy sunny maps). It also has a good mix of late-war, more potent weaponry (but with no OP IS-2s and King Tigers sitting around like Berlin). Gameplay is so smooth, you always get a lot of kills and action. 10/10. Moscow had issues with OP soviet tanks (and, later, the addition of unnecessary OP weaponry like MKbs) while Normandy had the "explosive spam" thing (air support is too strong, p47s, etc.), but the experience was still awesome. What I think made these campaigns so good was that the maps and gameplay style favored a more "linear" approach (completely different from other FPS games), of packed frontal assaults and gradual build-ups, slowly gaining ground and fighting for every inch (no run & gun BS and circling the map to kill a few enemies from their back, like literally all other modern shooters). Plus there was a nice mix of and constant change between mid-range and close-quarters combat. "Urban combat" was limited to a few buildings and small villages and fortifications. You really assaulted _the_ village or _the_ bunker. This sort of clear-cut objectives really gives the player a nice feeling, of a ww2 "real battle" and combat mission (something that just isn't there in other games, where you just play "deathmatches", to get the most kills and "muh 360-noscope", while crawling around in maps that are just random corridors).
I only really play 3 campains, my 3rd favourite being Berlin, 2nd favourite being Stalingrad and my number one favourite is Moscow. It's just so immersive to play in these cold maps in this beautiful open terrain.
Normandy Axis, the maps are awesome. It really is immersive, though there are a few toxic strategies, the gear is awesome and the maps a different. It has CQC and more open, long range battles, meaning it's not just the same boring copy and pasted assets.
Stalingrad absolute favorite. Having both MP-717r and PPsh-41 face against each other made that campaign truly shine. I'm just having struggles with tanks like KV-1 and T-34 when I started the campaign.
If I ever wanted to give myself PTSD, I would play the Pacific campaign, it's surprisingly more chaotic than the Normandy campaign, there's so many explosions in Normandy that it becomes common occurrence but no amount of experience gets you used to the Japanese banzai charging you and forcing you out of your cover cause of phosphorus and molotovs
My ranking. 1. Normandy : My first campaign and first enlisted experiences. 2. Moscow : The balances in the fighting and bolt action feel also the maps make it a close second. 3. Berlin : My first German playthrough. Many great memories. It's made close to the real battlefield so has a very realistic feel. 4. Stalingrad : It had some rough spots but I've played it more than the pacific and Tunisia combined. 5. Pacific : For me and my low grade gaming set up the water destroys my performance and kills the experience 70% of the time. 6. Tunisia : I've never really grinded it so don't have a lot of feedback. The maps are great for lone fighter imo tho.
They totally destroyed the realism and immersion experience of having to fight with specific units and weapons on particular fronts. It was like six games in one, now they just turned it into the cash cow. It always wrecks a game when the visionaries have to take a back seat to the business model guys.
I definitely miss the campaign mode. I like to play each one of them with exactly historical units and weapons. Now it just ruins the immersion and fun. But it is still a good game.
i’m jealous of those that got to master the maps within their respective campaigns, so when the merge hits the repetitiousness of playing the same maps is lost and new players will never gain the advantage of learned experience since it will not be the same maps over and over anymore.
"Hey I like Armored Train!" `Sir would you please come with us!` *Bang* *Thud* *Shuffling kicking sounds* *Sound of glass breaking* *Another Thud* `Anyone else like this map?!?` "No Sir!"
I actually adored the Stalingrad campaign. Can't forget the cool cosmetics the soldiers got in that campaign as well! Spot on with the maps too, the devs clearly put some TLC into the interiors of stalingrad
I have already reached level 13 for both Pacific War factions (The Americans and the Japanese) in preparation for the upcoming merge update. When it does come out, I will probably finish rank 1 and rank 2 for the Americans before switching to the Japanese.
I hope that the independent Italian or British faction doesn't take long after the merge. They both have very unique equipment that shouldn't be forced to be stuck with the US or Germans
I’d like a mode were when you take the Objective and it slowly turns the map dark then fully night so we get different aesthetics And then, when we take the next objective, it slowly turns the map back into day Like a sunset sunup set up that would be cool
Tunisia for me I had played Normandy Berlin Moscow already dealt with sweats to many times over there when Tunisia came out it allowed me to hone my skills get good at the game I maxed it out allies without premium the campaign taught me how to be the player I am today a lot of people hate Tunisia but it will always be my favorite campaign
I think I am the toughest player alive in the game. I started in Normandy allies and played it and nothing else until I fully maxed them out, btw I did this without premium, and within 11 months I had gotten all of them, then when I switched to other campaigns and sides, I was like "Dam this is easy".
I started as Axis Berlin nad had great time from start to maxing and sometimes even used 8cm mortar as at weapon. But the train after some time became pain Normandy allies was next for me had a blast and maxed it because it was fun altought some games were painfull, while not maxing axis it is also fun and i apreciate MP-18 squad. Moscow was generally one of best timas as soviets and mixed bag of axis (only maxed soviets) but it generally felt the most intense however i feel like t-50 and t-34 are often broken and perhaps t-28s can be the dumbest thing to use because armored mg nest can be bonkers. My biggest gripe was that i had dumbest teams that if they were replaced with bots chances to win would rise 3 fold, often i would see team with more bots win somehow. Tunisia is campaign that lately i have most fun with, i started with brits but a bit before Italian paratrooper came i started playing italians and honestly Italians kinda became my favorite nation with their voice and weapons. Altought i hate how for some reason threir impacts don't like to work just like real ones and motorcycles are dumb but fun. I don't really like Stalingrad because battles are somehow painfull and empty levels. Pacific i don't really like probably mostly because of the amount of water and not seeing enemies.
if you’re into that setting and you play PC, look into Forgotten Hope 2, they have the battle of france and it’s dope as fuck. there’s also Men of War, Call to Arms and even ArmA 3 mods
I personally enjoyed the Battle of Tunisia campaign, it was pretty interesting with it's map diversity (even if it did get frustrated being held back in one building by the Italians)
As the M1 Carbine Enjoyer....any campaign that had the M1 Carbine was good, but, really, my favorite was Normandy, it's nostalgic for me, loading into the game during Christmas time building little Christmas trees while bf110's would kill me with there rockets....I maxed it out (the allies) so many op premium sqauds, so much money I spent into that specific campaign was it worth it....yes....was it fun...hell yes....am I crying...no...why....cuz I still have my M1 CARBINE!!!!
as a player with a pc who doesn't support really well the game (quite slowed it and having white screen every 6 secs for 0.3secs) and bolt action lover, yes battle of moscow is a great one, but the pacific one is awsome, always have been farmed by tanks and planes on the other campagns, it's lighter as there are 2 or 3 maps and more importantly, you can headshot the shooter all the time. I agree to say that i didn't played a lot on the other campagns but this aspect of the "you're-able-to-shoot-the-tankist) is a wonderful one, (plus it's really big open areas)
I just really hope they fix the matchmaking tier system soon, somehow when I have all tier 5 squads I still get teammates with barebones M2A1 tanks against Tiger 2s
After the merge I've started hating stalingrad maps (never played it before). They are extremely convenient for an "smg rush" playstyle, while being the worst for literally every other tactic. Planes are completely usless there, because there's so much cover that even a 500kg bomb dropped into several squads parked in the open street, leaves half of them intact. Tanks are basically stationary fortifications trying to score as much kills as they can before being inevitably exploded. Semi-auto/bolt action rifle gamplay exists in some way, but you either camp into your favorite window or an smg squad does everything better
I have to say, I really miss the selection of campaigns, especially playing Battle of Moscow. To be honest, I get why they merged all the campaigns, but I wish they never would of done it. It was actually so much fun selecting the campaigns.
Love Tunisia for its wide open spaces, ideal for tank combat. Agree that they could have done more for the Pacific as there are hardly any maps. I started liking Stalingrad because of the balance. Plenty of players there now
I just want the merge to be done already so we can move on to actually playing the merge, it's getting a little more harder to wait with each passing day each time they tell us "soon"
I'll miss having my USMC squads with garands, carbines, and the later BAR model but at least it'll be a little more historically accurate for them using bolt action only to get a match against Japan. It'll be annoying seeing the USMC squads in Normandy and Tunisia
Nice tier list Major Well my tier list is on the 6th place I would place Normandy not because it's bad I just don't play it 5th is Tunisia same as Normandy I don't play it much there are Italians! 4th is Pacific Because I enjoy Banzaing people 3th is moscow for It's an old classic really enjoyable 2th Berlin I enjoy the Hardness of Berlin and I mostly play with Rifles such as Kriegsmodel It's really fun playing as volkssturm! 1st my lovely Stalingrad! I completed the campaign as F2P it was very hard to do so because back in the day Soviets were winning almost every game! But I enjoyed the challenge and when we won it was gave very rewarding Feeling! Now when the merge is going to happen I'm going to take a Tiger to Stalingrad and get my revenge on KVs!
Yea I agree with this. I maxed out axis Normandy (btw the reason why we sweat is because we have to do it to win). But I’m currently in Stalingrad trying to get that damm captured ppsh. But I am loving the campaign! Just wish I started grinding earlier. Mabey they will delay it to the new year? Ya know new year new enlisted. Just wishful thinking tho.
My personal favorite list *1:* Berlin *2:* Normandy *3:* Moscow *4:* Tunisia *5:* Pacific Can't really rate Stalingrad, as it's the only campaign I have not played. And as a FtP player, I don't want to grind out weapons I already got in Moscow since the merge seems to be coming soon
I feel like it crashed everything. It was balanced before the new update. I mean it felt equally challenging for either side you played but I’m starting to notice that the Germans just dominate the field now. A bunch of other players in the live chat have claimed the same case. I mean tier five German tanks vs low tier weapons just clap every point.
As a Tunisia Alies main (maxed it before flying Italian flamers :3) i like Moscow, Pacific and Stalingrad; Berlin is ok and I haven't played Normandy :P Most of campaign have some nice maps and a few unbalanced that need a bit of fixing ^^ I am curently farming Japanese, and even if I do have a 38% win rate, I still want to max it before the merge
I started playing because I love the campaign aspect now that it’s all meshed into one it’s even worse than Call of Duty. And I HATE call of duty. There is no reason why I should be seeing a king Tiger in fuckin Moscow. Or a panzer II in Berlin or against a squad of Italian paratroopers in Moscow armed with stg 44’s. My favorite shooter is now ruined
But what will happen to all the soldiers and equipment and everything that we've upgraded so far? Do we keep it? Or is it gonna be a complete reset and we have to start all over again?
My favorite is Berlin, Stalingrad, Pacific, Tunisia, Moscow , and Normandy. Normandy axis and Berlin Allie’s is a mostly dreadful experience and lately Tunisia Allie’s is annoying solo lately ironically. Rest is pretty easy and fun . Also the event Carcano Breda pg,s are literally pasta fg42s which is some firepower Tunisia axis desperately needed
Hey so I have a couple questions, one does anyone know if you didn’t pay for the Stalingrad pack those squads you can use do you lose them forever in the update or get them? If you full complete the grind and second question any squads you don’t unlock in the whole game becomes useable or lost forever?
for me I love Pacific for the infantry gameplay only problem is the balancing like in Tunesia, Moskau is great at all, Berlin is fun for CQB with Stalingrad as kind of early Berlin experience is fun too and Normandy..its the most popular campaign and the best for vehicles..Normandy shows everything what is wrong with vehicles in the game..to be honest i´ll see no point to play infantry in Normandy at all when you can take only Planes and Tanks just to end the round with 10k+ points every time ^^ Greetings and nice Video 😄
Mine is: 1. Moscow, I'm a bolt action and semi-auto rifles enjoyer. This campaign was heaven for me, unless there's a superb premium players who wipe out 2 squads in one squirt. 2. Berlin, I love urban warfare. It's also easier to spot the enemies, no AI shooting I can't see shooting through fuckin bushes. 3. Stalingrad, It's also urban warfare, but I often got outnumbered and Jesus fucking christ why is it so hard for people to build rally points here? 4. Tunisia, I love the setting, but I mostly just took advantage of the hype and only join the winning side to grind. 5. Pacific, I like the Japanese weapons, for me its easier to use and aim with. 6. Normandy, I don't like the US weapons, grease gun fire rate is slow, I don't like M1 Garand sights but ross rifle is decent. AXIS is okay I guess, But the explosion fuckin hell it feels like WW1.
I like Tunisia maps (but not caves) and Berlin units :D Pacific with all the jungle is worst no doubt. It needs serious rework. D-Day map in Normandy is undoable if couple of good guys occupy hills above and kill everybody. Allies then have no chance unless team is really good, which almost does not happen. Moscow with all the snow definitely is not best, also maps are switching active area too quickly into stupid chunks when armies are advancing. It is full of camping..
Too bad the shills on Reddit will downvote you to hell for disliking the update because *They* think it will make the game better even tho it’s going to turn the game into war Thunder 2.0
Moscow my favorite, close second Tunisia. Joint third Normandy, Berlin and Pacific, and then, rock bottom - Stalingrad. Hats off for recreating the city building by building, but the campaign wasn't offering anything for players to return to.
It's one of those cases where many just people assumed it'll all be done in 2023 because it got posted early in the year. That roadmap tells you what the devs plan on doing and that's it. There probably will be a 2nd one in the far future at some point and people will again... just assume that it'll all be done in 1 year.
Major what do you think of the jagdpanther being in Normandy and the tiger 2 i know there both historically accurate but I feel like the Americans should at least get a m26 pershing

Stalingrad as the axis, people complained that the Soviets were OP but I enjoyed playing as the Germans, it was challenging to do well and win
My personal favorite list
*1:* Berlin
*2:* Normandy
*3:* Moscow
*4:* Tunisia
*5:* Pacific
Can't really rate Stalingrad, as it's the only campaign I have not played. And as a FtP player, I don't want to grind out weapons I already got in Moscow since the merge seems to be coming soon
Agreed, Stalingrad Isn’t good though
I an kinda butthurt about this, because I only played Normandy and The Pacific.
I feel like I’m one the few who dislike this change, the campaigns all had their own vibes, now it’s gonna be the same war Thunder bullshit
Battle of Moscow is my top map
The fact that that Japan suffer in both Enlisted and Warthunder make them become a meme lol
First entry didn't bring much honor to the emperor 🧐
holy shit I havent heard a Jan Chmelar song in years, good song choice
I feel like it crashed everything. It was balanced before the new update. I mean it felt equally challenging for either side you played but I’m starting to notice that the Germans just dominate the field now. A bunch of other players in the live chat have claimed the same case. I mean tier five German tanks vs low tier weapons just clap every point.
I'm giving the game a chance after the merge but I'll probably drop it I just personally don't like most of the other maps besides Berlin maps
RIP the chance we ever get a Vietnam Campaign.
(And possibly a meme campaign like a US v UK 1774; hey it could have been a fun July 4th event.)
As a Tunisia Alies main (maxed it before flying Italian flamers :3) i like Moscow, Pacific and Stalingrad; Berlin is ok and I haven't played Normandy :P
Most of campaign have some nice maps and a few unbalanced that need a bit of fixing ^^
I am curently farming Japanese, and even if I do have a 38% win rate, I still want to max it before the merge
I only play Tunisia
I started playing because I love the campaign aspect now that it’s all meshed into one it’s even worse than Call of Duty. And I HATE call of duty. There is no reason why I should be seeing a king Tiger in fuckin Moscow. Or a panzer II in Berlin or against a squad of Italian paratroopers in Moscow armed with stg 44’s. My favorite shooter is now ruined
everything will be fine if they remove crossplatform
But what will happen to all the soldiers and equipment and everything that we've upgraded so far? Do we keep it? Or is it gonna be a complete reset and we have to start all over again?
As a Moscow Main I approve of the number pick. 👍
majormcdonalds make a new enlisted guied for the new campain system
You mean the tech tree? I already have one out recently :)
I miss the pacific campaign so much
My favorite is Berlin, Stalingrad, Pacific, Tunisia, Moscow , and Normandy. Normandy axis and Berlin Allie’s is a mostly dreadful experience and lately Tunisia Allie’s is annoying solo lately ironically. Rest is pretty easy and fun . Also the event Carcano Breda pg,s are literally pasta fg42s which is some firepower Tunisia axis desperately needed
i’m just really hoping for mouse and keyboard support on console.. even if it was only available when enabling cross play
A bit off topic, I know, but do you plan on doing a review on the current battlepass weapons?
Definitely, I actually had it planned a while back but big Enlisted updates kept coming out so I had to prioritise those! But soon will come... ;)
5:14 still sounds like war lol
Thanks a lot I thought I had some weird glitch with my account as it’s been a while since I’ve played 😅
As an American pacific main I was hurt😭
Hey so I have a couple questions, one does anyone know if you didn’t pay for the Stalingrad pack those squads you can use do you lose them forever in the update or get them? If you full complete the grind and second question any squads you don’t unlock in the whole game becomes useable or lost forever?
As a veteran Enlisted player, I stopped playing the game because the campaign system was the think I liked the most.
for me I love Pacific for the infantry gameplay only problem is the balancing like in Tunesia, Moskau is great at all, Berlin is fun for CQB with Stalingrad as kind of early Berlin experience is fun too
and Normandy..its the most popular campaign and the best for vehicles..Normandy shows everything what is wrong with vehicles in the game..to be honest i´ll see no point to play infantry in Normandy at all when you can take only Planes and Tanks just to end the round with 10k+ points every time ^^
Greetings and nice Video 😄
This whole update is a mistake…
3:32 haha sounds like war
Im playing for the first time since the update. Im only getting in Normandy, is there no way to change it? This sucks tbh
Mine is:
My top 6 would be
1st Moscow
2nd Berlin
3rd Tunisia
4th pacific
5th Stalingrad
6th Normandy
Why do you hate Normandy?
@@Luv_Doughza P47 spam, Grey zone tank spam, and generally bullshit grind
Wait what?? I just started getting back into it like a week ago. This sucks
Normandy was really fun when it first came out but unlike Moscow late game is hell
Id probably put 1. Moscow 2. Normandy 3. Tunisia for me but I like the list
I play axis Berlin, and I acually get decently balanced games, however, the allies do seem to win a but more
I like Tunisia maps (but not caves) and Berlin units :D Pacific with all the jungle is worst no doubt.
Campaign system was generally better than the absolute BS we have now. And Tunisia was 🐐ed
fr
Pretty terrible idea, not gonna be a popular update
Too bad the shills on Reddit will downvote you to hell for disliking the update because *They* think it will make the game better even tho it’s going to turn the game into war Thunder 2.0
Campaign is gone? I loved the Pacific - So it is goodby to Enlisted for me.
I want my old maps back. Hate the new maps. Almost always the same map when I jump in.
Moscow my favorite, close second Tunisia. Joint third Normandy, Berlin and Pacific, and then, rock bottom - Stalingrad. Hats off for recreating the city building by building, but the campaign wasn't offering anything for players to return to.
where were the 2 new campaigns they mentioned in the 2023 roadmap
It's one of those cases where many just people assumed it'll all be done in 2023 because it got posted early in the year. That roadmap tells you what the devs plan on doing and that's it. There probably will be a 2nd one in the far future at some point and people will again... just assume that it'll all be done in 1 year.
Major what do you think of the jagdpanther being in Normandy and the tiger 2 i know there both historically accurate but I feel like the Americans should at least get a m26 pershing
