The types of medications that every goat farmer should keep at their goat farm at all times. This will make sure that the animals are treated on time when an issue occur but also help to reduce vet cost.

Many of them you simply need to keep them in room temperature that does not exceed 30 degree celcius. Few like pentrip may need to be kept in the fridge.

sulfa injection is called Bactrim , Tylosin are macrolides such as azithromycin, erythromycin in human & (gamithromycin ect in animals)
and gentamycin usually used with penicillin injection

Thanks Joseph. Not all medicine need to be put in a cooler. The key is to follow the guidance on packaging. Most of them require to put in a dark cool place away from sunlight with normal room temperature. But medicine like Penstrep require to be refridgerated - the packaging will stipulate this.

For sheep yes you can use the same almost at same dosages prescribed on the bottle - remember for goat you have to give just a bit more since they have faster metabolism than sheep. For camels I'm afraid most of these are not prescribed for them - I would advise getting those prescribed for camels.

A schedule for what boss? Remember these are medicines and not vaccines. For medicenes only use when the animal is sick and not otherwise. The duration is typically btn 3 - 5 days.

You can not use same syringe for different medicine. But you can use same syringe on more than one goat if you are sure they are all fine. If you arent sure of that to avoid the syringe being the conduit for transmitting diseases then its best to change syringes.

The best way to protect your goats against clostridium diseases is to vaccinate them. The CD&T vaccine will cover your goats against Clostridium prefringens type C and D as well as Clostridium Tetani (tetanus).
