  • Gudpaare / gurpaara- Let's make this traditional Indian sweet with a healthy twist! Today we are sharing the recipe of gud paare - a healthy alternate to shakkarpaare which is usually liked by all. We will be using whole wheat flour and jaggery in this recipe, so please try this out!
    Ingredients:
    Wheat flour - 2 cups
    Jaggery - 3/4 cup (if you like it to be more sweet, you can use 1 cup jaggery)
    Ghee - 1/2 cup
    Water - to dissolve jaggery - 1/3 cup
    water to knead dough (if required)
    Cardamom (elaichi powder) - 1 Tsp
    Oil for frying
