    I much prefer smaller mitts they just feel better for some reason but I do understand it's not always practical if the boxer accuracy isn't quite there.

    Do air mitts good for headmovement work? Is it heavy? I’ve heard the medium size padding can be quite heavy for head movement work, thus thinner r prefered ? Any comments on that?

    Hi! I was planning on either getting the Sabas Supersofts or the Sabas Pro series. I saw ur video on their differences but people said on reddit and other places that after just a month or 2, the padding would break down and you could feel you knuckle when doing bag work? Is this true? Because I will only be using gloves for bag work.

I was also looking at these gloves: www.titleboxing.com/title-pro-style-leather-training-gloves-3-0 but I couldn't find many reviews on it on youtube or anything so I'm not sure.

    • @Fit2Box
      @Fit2Box  3 роки тому

      They are a number system based on cus d mato. Number system that Mike Tyson used
      I have added numbers and evened the system out so that it works for orthodox as well as southpaw
      I also use the numbers in padwork
      Bag work and sparring as a way of producing combinations quickly
      I find them VERY effective

    How come trainers push the pads into your glove also some trainers don’t what’s better I feel you feel the distance better when they don’t but a better pop sound when they do what’s the difference

    • @Fit2Box
      @Fit2Box  3 роки тому +1

      I try and meet a little but not some much as you shorten the boxers punches
      I’ve seen trainers slapping the gloves to make a bigger sound but the punching of the boxer should be making the sound not the trainer pushing the pads too far and too hard
      That can cause injuries

      @@Fit2Box what about not moving it at all just holding it any benefits to this?

    • @Fit2Box
      @Fit2Box  3 роки тому

      @@Hondafn well not moving at all allows the boxer to find their range as I say I try to push a little so the boxer can feel the punches getting a nice connection
