A neat touch would be a custom arcade stick since Deji is really into TEKKEN! You can get custom arcarde sticks or leverless arcade pads which let you put custom artwork on them. As a recommendation, you can get the Razer Kitsune and get a custom artwork vinyl made for it too - its a premium controller that works on PS5, PC and XBOX that is big in the fighting game community right now.
I would put a big table where the snooker table is for his unboxings etc, desk where the sofa/stairs are and a U shaped sofa where the desk is as to you’ve got the natural light from the window and console/streaming set up there

I like the idea of the overhead camera! I feel like dejo could enjoy pack openings, or playing a tabletop game. Maybe a camera that's on a rail so he can slide it to the couch setup for overhead or slide it the center of the room towards the future pool table setup

Might be a bit late, but I would have the computer up on the platform (Big pictures as the background), get a new couch in the same spot, PC being over there will help a lot with cabling. Then the old pc space can be multi purpose, big window would be a nice background.
Deji make the area with the pool table a lounge area. Have guests over and you can do some nice podcast type content. It would also open up more opportunities for you to do different kind of content. Like Q&A's, try not to laugh etc. You can easily change up your content that way. Not having to sit behind the desk all the time.
