I wonder why Elektron isn't more generous with LFOs in their digital devices. How about 8 LFOs? Even the Polyend Medusa, which is an analog digital hybrid, has 5 LFOs.
@@minimal3734a very good point. This week I suggested that alm should license a version of pams pro to hardware synths. Or any of the other really cool eurorack modulators out there.
@@IvarTryti btw: you don't have to sell your OG Digiton for the market price. I guess there are plenty of fans out there who may pay a little extra for YOUR machine ... you know, like a collector's item ... maybe just sign it at the bottom or something like this ;)
Man, you really have a handle on sound sculpting with it... I was about to buy it for its stereo sampling and sequencing, but after watching this, I was like holy shit, this thing is capable of alot more than I thought... 😮
Thanks a lot, man! Just a heads up, the Digitone 2 is a synth, and the Digitakt 2 is a sampler. The Digitone 2 is amazing, but it doesn't do samples at all. While the Digitakt 2 doesn't have a built in synth engine, it CAN sort of be treated like a synth where the sound generation part is a sample.
Weird with that bug, looks like they were acting like trigless trigs even though they were red. I think the yellow trigless ones, if you press them theyll just turn solid red to become an actual trig without plocks 🤔
Sad I missed this! Thanks for content dude. Mycket kärlek från Sverige. En fråga: have you seen a lot of bugs? I have been quite dissapointed with the sheer amount of bugs with the Digitakt2. I love the digitone 1, is it worth waiting or what's your take?
Thanks for watching! I've only really noticed one bug on the DN2. I haven't updated it yet, I don't know if it's gone now. But the bug actually happened during the stream: in grid edit mode for track 1 (string sound), I originally had 2 trigs on the first page. But suddenly there would be plenty of trigs blinking trigs, as if they were p-locked. They didn't make any sound, though. But pressing these trigs once didn't remove them, it just turned them into an actual trig. Pressing them again removed them. I'm gonna report the bug once I find out how to reproduce it.

I'm working on pattern A07 in this video.
“The third LFO” ~best thing I’ve heard all week.

179th thumbs up. I still have some things to do today.
Your wizardry is unheralded. You deserve penants and fanfare homie.
