You are really something else. You have the ability, in the midst of a very serious moment, to have us take a deep breath, smile, and then dive in again. Thank you!. I appreciated the fact that you put a time limit on your vids, which means you have to leave some things out, but hey, I'm realizing that you'll just make another video. Long live Tom Delgado! @tomdnyc.

I think your video recap of slavery and the many injustices were on point! Many ethnic groups were treated poorly! My Irish forebears were referred to as monkeys and had to learn English as our native tongue was Gaelic! My Dad was NYPD and had Black and Puerto Rican partners! We learned to appreciate all races from his collaboration on the job and socially! We did move out of the City and enjoy seeing you go through various areas of the City I had not had a chance to visit. I just enjoy your NYC tours because I learn something new every-time!Liked and subscribed!

You are correct. The Irish were the first slaves in the Caribbean and the American colonies.
So called black African "slaves" weee captured and enslaved by other black African who then brought them to ports to be sold to European ship captains. The home of slavery is Africa where it still exist today.
In the US the sweat shop, factory workers and coal miners were treated and enslaved far far worse than any black.
      That is a fact.

Love your channel, and the back stories to things we take for granted. I am wondering why the NYPD or NYS lawmakers would have enact such a policy as a "stop and frisk" initiative. Was it to empower the normal police person to go the extra mile in applying bulk motivation into stopping minorities, regardless? I am sure the police department of many cities in the world (including mine) would have similar operating initiatives as well, hence I just wonder what would be the instigating jurisprudence science(s) behind such a program? But we got a nice George Floyd statue honoring him in Washington Square Park.
    His accomplishments:
Cared about women and women's safety. A champion of women...
    - In '09, George Floyd was arrested for a 1st-degree felony charge of assault and armed robbery.
    - Spent 5 years in prison for breaking into a woman's house w/intent to rob her.
    - Impersonated a government employee to gain woman's trust, to gain access into her house.
    - The woman realized he was trying to break in, tried to shut the door, Floyd then FORCED his way into the house by PRESSING A PISTOL TO HER STOMACH.
A TRUE humanitarian and kind, loving man.
    - Gang of 5 other men followed Floyd into woman's house.
    - Robbed woman of cellphone and jewelry.
Additionally this great humanitarian many accomplishments were:
-5 convictions related to theft, possession, and trade of cocaine.
    - Floyd was arrested FIVE TIMES in 20 yrs.
    - Cocaine possession conviction in '05, arrested served 10 months in state jail.
    - 2 more cocaine offenses, in '02 and in '04, for which he did eight-months and ten-months sentence in prison respectively.
    - '02, 30 days of prison for trespassing private property.
    - In the '90s also caught for possession and theft of a controlled substance (cocaine).
    - Firearm robbery in '98
Wonderful man. As I walk by his statue with my son (we like to go around the village to get records and he has lot's of friends that hang in the park), I'll tell him, I'm so glad we have this statue of the great man George Floyd, instead of that insignificant terrible man Thomas Jefferson. He never did anything important.
