Asians do eat chips with chopsticks. I've had many Asian friends who did that and my ex who was also Asian did that as well. Then I started doing it, too. It keeps your hands clean, and it slows you down so you're not eating half a bag.

I'm from Germany, my boyfriend however is Japanese. In my opinion there are some issues that mainly arise due to differences in the way of looking at certain things. Like, when we first started living together he sort of let me do all the housework without even thinking about it twice. That's just what he was used to from home. Their mother does everything for him and his sister. Luckily though he is very open and outspoken and doesn't mind criticism at all, which makes it easier to talk about things like that. I don't know if that is typical Japanese, but he's also very protective of me, even though I wouldn't call it jealousy and soooo strict when it come to the way things have to be done in a household. Honestly, that can be really annoying sometimes. But it takes time to work stuff like that out. I think a relationship with a Japanese man can feel restricting for a westerner, (depending on where you are from of course) just because of the many many differences of opinion that will probably occur. But then again, that can probably be said for all mixed relationships. Ganbatte if you're currently in such a relationship! :)

As I've seen through other videos of yours there's an obvious cultural difference in Japan than in the United States. That being said I would never harp over my significant other because she wanted to spend time with her friends unless it started affecting our relationship. I don't want someone to be where they don't want to be so if being with your friends is more important, then maybe youre not ready to be in a relationship. I'd love to date an Asian woman but I just dont think our cultures would mesh very well. I don't know if it comes from the camera lens used, or from how far the camera is away, but i wish that all the faces were in focus at once. :)

As I've seen through other videos of yours there's an obvious cultural difference in Japan than in the United States. That being said I would never harp over my significant other because she wanted to spend time with her friends unless it started affecting our relationship. I don't want someone to be where they don't want to be so if being with your friends is more important, then maybe youre not ready to be in a relationship. I'd love to date an Asian woman but I just dont think our cultures would mesh very well. Plus there's the language barrier not that I couldnt learn Japanese, Chinese, or whatever but that also takes time.
