    Your channel is criminally underrated! I've watched many mindfulness videos but yours are the best. Really loved the “25 simple ways” one where you guide us explaining how one can be mindful throughout their daily life, you don't necessarily have to sit at one place
    The best thing I've learnt about this practice is that mindfulness should be effortless. It's not something you do it's something that happens to you and you just recognize it, without giving it a second thought
    *Experience -> Acknowledge -> Feel -> Move on*
    It's so important and so many people desperately need to hear this! But the algorithm is busy appealing to kids smh
    Anyways, I loved both you and your videos and hope you get the spotlight you deserve ❤

    I'm joining the army pretty soon, but I still want to feel spiritually conscious, to stay mindful and intentional. Any tips?
