Wow. You make everything look easy. Good job
Thank you!
Torque specs are wrong. The Caliper carrier mounting bolts should be 57.9 - 72.3 lb-ft. and the caliper body guided rod bolts should be 15.9 - 23.1 lb-ft. The pad retainer clips should also be replaced with the pads. Otherwise great video, thanks!
Hope you keeping this car until 100k miles
If it last that long 😂
That is the goal!
@@Steven-mg2vi I got one ...100k powertrain warranty

@@Steven-mg2vi under warranty so he'll be fine ;)
I can't wait to get the carbon fenders and hood on mine. It looks so good. But I plan to paint the fenders. Tape off around the vents. And leave only those parts as carbon. It's a very clean look.
Good job and video series.
What’s up man. Been watching your VN journey since you test drove that white VN just before buying your Performance Blue. Car is coming on nicely, sub’d to help a fellow “VN Pilot” out 😎
Haha thanks man!
Damn was hoping Hyundai spec'd monoblocks from factory.
Muy buen trabajo 👍🏼
Gracias!
How has this held up?
Have youconsidered getting N Performance brakes/pads and rotors instead?
Hey where do I buy the aftermarket stuff from Korea like the e brake and shift boot/ nob?
Any noticeable difference in feel from OEM? Looking to upgrade to this kit!
It bites way harder. Your stopping power is incredibly faster. Overall 10 times better than what they put on the car from factory.
Now what would you recommend for someone who does have the PP version?
That is the pp version
Would you say the process is pretty similar for the standard turbo, ive had my new rotors and pads for months now, and im just gonna do them myself, but having issues with finding a simpel how-to
Also, what size torque wrench are you using?
I have a 2019 Veloster Turbo and I agree that it's almost impossible to find tutorials for that car. every tutorial is either for a First Generation or an N.
