I think Belle is the perfect addition to Bingo's life. She's definitely got more spunk and is way more adventurous. He'll probably end up being the protective big brother xD
Classic second child situation. Parents are less cautious and nervous because they’ve already been through it. The younger one also gets to learn from the older siblings experience. Notice they just dropped Bella in vs very apprehensive with Bingo, which made him more nervous. Same thing with Kotaro and Hana. She has less/no fear when she see Kotaro do it. Bingo and Kotaro were also both alone for a year or so. Kotaro and Bella come straight from a litter. hopefully from a breeder and not poachers though, which is a big problem with Otters becoming popular pets.

This means that usually females are going to do more of the talking and the thinking while males are going to do more of the action (and notice how they tend to be more sporty as well mostly).

Bingo was a tougher baby of course,boys always are. W3 girls are just more agreeable. Bingo just was NOT getting into that pool all the way. FOR a while I thought bingo was going to be the world's first water hating otter!!!!! I just love this channel. I love the bouncy pleasant music in the background. I also enjoy listening to the mama and daddy talk. I am American and do not understand the language however I love the lilt of this accent and the pleasantness of mama's voice as well. Very calming channel this one. M glad I found IT!!! I come and watch Bingo when I feel stressed out and watching him makes me feel better. He's valium in otter form!!!!

It's quite normal for otter pups to be afraid of swimming at first, (like Bingo.) But Belle is fearless! I'll bet a nickel that she'll be the otter in charge with Bingo following her before very long.
