Hey, Even though I'm preparing for banking exams but i was getting lazy, but ye video suggestions me aaya and I'm amazed and more determined to bounce back. Your hardwork felt so moving for me. So I'll try to increase my study hours in a more productive and real way. And i believe i need to improve my karma so that my actions get alligned to my goals, and mujhe bhi kaafi kuch karna h 3 logo ke liye and uske liye successful hona compulsary h. I don't know how I'm 27 now, last 4 years flew by and i wasn't doing my best, i started preparing for banking since last year but i was unable to focus and kept on thinking about what ifs but not anymore. Thank you 😊

This routine was before exams and due to exam pressure I was able to just take this much only but I had a good deep sleep to mere liye to sufficient thi uss tym pe bcoz I was unable to sleep more than this at that time.... But yes in normal course it's not enough and not good for our health...according to me min 6 and max according to the sleep quality of person ... Anyway thanks for watching ❤ God bless uhh ✨
