Auto drivers themselves operate most illegally in AKRAMA fashion against rules. As per rules they are not supposed to decline request to come anywhere but they do. As per rules they are supposed to put meter but they don't. They try to charge 5 times the meter charge. Their own activities are AKRMA. They are getting their KARMA.

Even I'm working in Rapido, even we have a family.. We don't have money to buy Auto... Fine will stop Rapido, tell them put meter in Auto..
