As a 3D and 2d artist I’m just gonna say this, imagine you are living in a house without a roof will you worry about buying paintings on your wall? Nigeria has a lot of problems right now so animation industry is like the least of our needs to be honest. Best bet for animators in Nigeria is to go abroad, get experience and money and come back to Nigeria to make a name for yourself. That way you know the ins and outs of the industry and can manage even if Nigeria is not animator friendly.
