Open it from the bag in 3-4 months, dry it out n repack it. I know it's a trouble. But wedding Lehenga is expensive. You need to be careful with it. If you don't wear it anymore, how about selling it? Just saying.
Office dresses need air from now n then. You can't keep them locked inside this bag for very long. 1-2 months might be alright. They will get wrinkled. You may need to iron them once you take out of the bag.
Clothes won't loose colour. You can keep an old clothes top layer n the bottom so the clothes are not the last ones seen outside. Another suggestion don't keep clothes inside these bags for very long. They need air from time to time. 1-2 months may be suitable.
When they go down only the air between the filling of the pillow or blanket is taken out. When we take it out, we need to fluff it up and I think it will be fine. My pillows came back to shape once I opened n fluffed a bit. Blankets are not with filling so they didn't have any issue.

For me it took 5-10 min with vacuum cleaner. It took 15-29 min with the hand pump that is provided
