You kind of have to force it- attack him & close the space- then I would give a hard fake at his inside shoulder- then slip outside. I’ll be posting a video too
Coach, I am 2 weeks in your 28 day gym WR program and the amount of leg exercises makes me wonder if it’s not more on the junk volume side of things. I complete the workouts without excessive fatigue, yet it’s almost double the volume I have ever worked with. I’m just a bit worried about overtraining and therefore more harming then helping my development. I’d be delighted if you could leave your take on that one coach.
