Hello I can't say at the moment because its at the discretion of the CVU, but it can take up to 2 to 3 weeks but then some people get theirs in 1 week. A lot of things are changing in Malta likewise the process.

Yes just like everywhere else, there are menial jobs for students/pertimers depending on your qualification/choice/skill...but getting a Job can take time. 3. After school if you decide to stay, you have few months to get a Job or return home, but you must have spent a minimum of 5years to be able to apply or begin the process of PR.

Depends on the school. They'll ask you to send your academic qualifications. And depending on what's sent, they may ask or not
