Village of Knives festival in Little Valley and a side trip to the American Museum of Cutlery in Cattarugus

I was at that show. I live a few minutes away from the museum but have never made it there when they are actually open.
My friend Walter Baranowski who has won forged in fire was the gentleman doing the forging demo and made the 4 knives from the old case and Burrell cutlery steel for the show directors.
I really hope it becomes more than a one off. I might even get enough forged and finished to have a table if they do.

Looks like a nice show - Years ago when I lived in Nashville there was an outlet store that featured Case knives that always had great deals.

Brian, I never thought of it that way, But I'm an accumulator of cutlery also! The new festival looks like fun, and the Museaum also, I'll have to go next year.
