    Great video mate I have a quick question and would appreciate your input, I have a 250amp Mechman and a single XS Power D3400 under the hood running a Taramps Smart 3K, staying at around 14.7v at idle. The issue I've recently encountered is after a heavy bass hit my voltage drops and the Mechman as it should compensates for it by going into the high 15s (15.8v) to restore the voltage which causes my amp to shut off and cycle back on. How would you address this problem? A second battery? Capacitors? Or find an different amp that has a higher operating range? Thanks

    • @ricardojuarez291
      @ricardojuarez291 3 роки тому +1

      Brooo first stay away from taramps.. get some true power at dynamic sound not at 40hz test tone I tell you my experience those amps have early clipping and it's hard to work with... I try them and I ended up selling it right away,,. . Plus check your ground and make sure you are getting good ground and power as well..

    • @NextLevelCarAudio
      @NextLevelCarAudio 3 роки тому +1

      I’ve asked that question to limitless and was told that if you normally charge in high 14’s your good. Some cars like mine cold charge at 15-15.2v then once it warms up voltage stabilizes to 14.8v if your car is like that then you are 100% good. If you are always at 15+ volts, you may want to ask limitless.
