check if you are not using very heavy creams , aapke skin type ke hisab se cream honi chahiye else greasy ya dull look aata hai , for concealer you can take 312

312 u can definitely use for highlighting but not sure if 314 will be ok for your circle or as base to just cover pigmentation as it depends on skin tone so see undertone of shades either 314 or 317 depending on pigmentation

hey hi , for covering blemishes you can try caramel shade. and colorbar primer is good...in high-end you can try smashbox blur its good.
