very cute, this is the 1st tutorial that I've seen showing how to make these tie backs & I love this one. I normally see them using the teeshirt stretch material. so now I know how to make them using the jute. really adorable.

Why do you use elastic lace? Can you use regular lace with out elastic on it? Thanks

I used lace elastic because that's what I had on hand. Of course you can use regular lace. Good luck in your project!
