Zach every time I watch your videos l learn something new! Just love the way you treat your animals. They are certainly happy. You can see that. Take care. Look forward to seeing the turnips grow!
Love your videos! Highlight of my Fridays! The way you think about the whole picture of feeding your animals and how they're raised overall with care and love is so great to see. It plays a role in how they feel and how you feel both right now and in the future when they're your food. Giving them good food ensures they're good for you later as well rather than all the junk that is out there in general now in most foods sold in stores. Keep up the great work!
Hello far away neighbors! Thanks for sharing your economical approach to farming and the things that you feel are important for you to do in your approach to make raising your farm animals and ways for you to cut feed cost. Hoping for all the best for you and thanks for all the work that you are able to put in creating the content and editing the video. The videos are good now, and I'm always most sure that your experience with editing will only improve more and more over time. Looking forward to seeing the next video
Love all the skills you possess. Sometimes we must be broken to regain perspective and ultimately fulfill our destiny. You’re right where you’re supposed to be. Be sure to give thanks. God bless.
Hi Zach, I think it is a great idea to create the Food Plots for the Pigs in order to give them good quality feed. You often hear hunters creating food plots to attract Deer for hunting. This is a much wiser use of your time.
You sowed the rye seed and turnip seed and I'm thinking how's he gonna irrigate the field? Northern Calif we have to irriagate our crops, I keep forgetting you actually get rain and in the summer too! Lol!
Zach, have you thought of growing stinging nettle? It's high protein for the animals and when the plants put on new leaves it's time to harvest yourself and Ashley's for wonderful power house greens. I grow mine in 5 gallon buckets and pick new leaves before red streaks appear and steam or boil add your favorite vinegar so delicious! Then when I want a fresh batch I cut off stems for a new batch. Stinging nettle the #1 super food. Some farmers use to bale it like hay. Once you crush or cook nettle it doesn't sting anymore. Lots of people pass up weeds growing without pesticides yet they are more nutritional then garden plants. Give nettle a try for your animals and yourselves.
Hard work. Thanks for sharing

Pigs love sour milk too. It helps with digestion of grains. And they love whey once you've seperated the milk for cream/butter.
Love it! Once Rosie (our cow) is in milk we will absolutely do that!
