Preparation and ingredients:
Hello friends!
Cut 3 potatoes with a vegetable cutter as shown in the video.
Welcome to our channel!
Pour cold water over it and rinse well.
Chop 4 sprigs of parsley.
A bunch of spring onion feathers.
Add 4 eggs and mix.
Add salt, black pepper and paprika.
Add the eggs to the potatoes and mix well.
Melt 25 g butter.
Spread half of the potatoes thinly on top.
Grate 70 g of cheese.
Place another layer of potatoes on top.
Cover with a lid and bake over low heat for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
Turn to the other side, cover and fry for 7-10 minutes.
Cut into portions and serve.
It is very tasty!
