    A survey of Orange & Lake County new construction 55+ communities would benefit from including Palms at Serenoa which is still selling. Palms is a pleasant, cost-efficient location particularly in the future when the Sawgrass Bay Blvd-Fleming Road extension opens quick access to Winter Garden & Disney amenities.

    I’m curious if theses communities are going to limit the VRBO, air B&B rentals. Being so close to Disney I can see investors buying the home as an investment rental and keep turning it over every week.

    I would be extremely careful of proximity to the Turnpike noise in this community (Del Webb Minneola ). I used to live in Plantation and on certain days the noise was off the chain from the Turnpike. This community looks to be in similar proximity. Be aware that Turnpike noise varies based on temperature and humidity levels and therefore changes wildly throughout a given day because those factors change throughout the day. So just because you visit right now and hear nothing doesn't mean it won't be there 2 hours from now and extreme. We sold our house in Plantation due to this noise and we were not on the portion closest to the Turnpike.
