Back in 2005 I was only 7 years old and my mom and aunt had taken my cousin (who was 10 at the time) and I with them to sit in the arena lot where Mötley Crüe was performing at. My mom and aunt always sat outside venues just to kick back in lawn chairs and enjoy the music that would echo from the stadium.
However, this specific night, a group of four came out from the arena and came up to my mom and aunt and they exchanged words. Low and behold they had 4 tickets that they weren’t using, don’t ask me why because to this day I’m still flabbergasted.
My mom was so beyond excited (she loves the Crüe more than anything, growing up in a strict Methodist household turned her into the woman she is now lol) so this was her first time ever seeing them live. Ironically.
We end up walking inside, mind you my mom and aunt did not dress for the occasion and had baggy tees on and strung along their young children with them. At the time I don’t remember much but I remember walking into the arena and my mom asked the ticket person where we are sat, now that those tickets were ours.
He guided us down to the 6th row and told us we had backstage passes as well.
Long story short, girls with metal lingerie would rub chainsaws on their crotches, shoot fire guns at the crowd and titty-cams were going off ever other song.
My aunt had to cover my cousins eyes, I remember vividly. It was something I’ll never forgot.
I remember seeing Tommy and thinking, “who is that man? I love what he’s doing” mind you he’s just completely obliterated on stage pounding the drum set.
All in all the concert ended and we went backstage.
My mom ended up meeting Nikki for the first time (whom she has had a few more encounters with down the road) and all the while I ended up watching Tommy walk right past me as he flipped his hair forwards, shook it out, and then flipped it back as he continued walking to wherever he was going (probably a bar cart).
Sorry this is so long but this was something that I love sharing because it will stick with me forever.
    Who would’ve thought.
    Miracles , happened by chance.
Mötley Crüe was the first band I ever saw live, at 7 years old, in 6th row, with my 10 year old cousin.

    THE MAIN RIFF:
It starts like 'Draw The Line' (Aerosmith).
Ends with an old jazz chord E7(#9)
    (also known as 'The-Hendrix-Chord').

Actually I can picture my female protagonist from the first novel beating the shit out of a whole bunch of people to this song, she's got talons, fangs and is a total bad-ass.

I was in my mid teens when this track came out and I can say that by NO means was Motley Crüe and underrated band! I can still see how we decorated inside our high school lockers with posters of them…The Crue were kings back then!

be nice and niceness will follow treat others as you would like them to treat you. Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.

“The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need. He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams. He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name. Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings. Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭23:1-6‬ ‭NLT.;Psalm 40 and Psalm 91 and always pray for faith and Matthew 7:11 whatever you need since people know how to give good gifts on earth how much more will God give to those who ask God is faithful
