Hello Friend, I'm Trying to make an inverter using egs002 My configuration is Input 125V DC and Output 240V AC, 1500VA. Transformer is using 75V to 240V and IGBT using FGA25N120ANTD for bridge. but I can not give load more than 600Watt. If Increase the load more than 600Watt IGBT is Blowing. Can you give any Idea regarding this matter.
