Also side note! You’re a grandparent nowwww I adopted 6 online children! (7, one request for adoption pending) I had adopted a Podficer, then it kinda spiraled……. People kept commenting and I kept adopting them, and now I have 6 kids a daughter in law, an aunt to gossip to, and a small podfic channel! (I somehow got like 5 children in 2 days, lmao)
The podficer I adopted is Lily Da Frog, and the fic is “what do you do when you find a traumatized child, the answer? Adoption I highly recommend their podfics! I think you’ll enjoy them!!!
Get yourself checked for Hyper arousal disorder ( I have it ) it’s basically a constant fight or flight response due to being in what your brain deems an unsafe environment ( whether it is or not doesn’t matter really ) it’s one of the reasons I have for being nocturnal since I come from an abusive and negligent household. ( I’m safe now tho dw. I’m living with my older brother in his apartment ) yes it can be “healed” it just takes time. Haven’t quite gotten over the loud sudden noises yet, and I still get over stimulated easily. I could go on but I don’t wanna start rambling or trauma dumping, but just know it’ll be okay. Take care!
