Buy the rumor, sell the news. Investors got what they expected from the Fed and we are now in a pullback in the upward trend. This has taken the TLT back to its upward trend line on the daily where it should bounce and go back into the upward trend.

I think the small caps will take advantage of the interest rate cut more than the large caps because money has been hard to find in the small cap space and now it should be easier. For what it's worth.
