Quite happy that I managed to get all three of my planned uploads up this Christmas :D
It's the least I could do given my saddening lack of activity over the course of this one heck of a roller-coaster of a year, 2017. Surprisingly enough, the channel is still growing, so a huge thanks to all the people who have stuck around with me since my good ol' anime days and also to all the new people who are here for my more recent kpop covers. I've decided I'll finally get around to changing the name once 2018 kicks in, so no more nagging over the darn name! Haha
Well now onto the song...
I'm not sure how well I expressed it last time, but I'm a huge fan of Day6. There were at least 5 songs from their Every Day6 project that I wanted to cover, and I only got to cover 2 due to time constraints and lack of creativity. So being able to cover their final title song, makes me pretty happy.
Surprisingly enough, this cover came very unexpectedly. My original 3 video plan for this Christmas was actually supposed to be: 1. Toy - Block B, 2. 1,2,3,4 - Plain White T's, and 3. Go Go - BTS, but I had trouble accepting my arrangement for 1,2,3,4, so I decided to look for other alternatives.
To be honest, the comments my last Day6 cover made me feel really guilty for not uploading another Day6 cover, so I decided to test my luck and see if I could make an arrangement that I could be satisfied with on their recent songs (I have a semi-finished Letting Go arrangement already). Luckily enough, this song came out rather smoothly and I'm quite happy with this video :)
The song's lyrics are quite cheesy--which means they fit me well xD
I like these kinds of songs a lot. That and add on Day6's style boom. Perfect for my taste. Well, that said, I could relate to some of the worries stated in the song, so yeah. It's a nice and warm song haha
