Why don’t they just fire the guys that are writing these fines. That’ll save them money. This makes no sense.
The garbage cans aren't as much of an eyesore as all of the trash the homeless leave on the streets. How about fining the city for not cleaning that up 1st? And they have 1 hr to get it done!
San Diego is awful when it comes to cans. Not only do they buy cans from Rehrigh which are ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. They also charge you when THEY break them. RMI (Roto/Rotonics) are the best cans on the market.
Harrison Sutton well they get free garbage pickup so paying for a new cart is not bad
@@newmexicorefuseentertainme9406 What is this "free" you speak of? San Diego property owners pay some of the highest taxes in the nation.
1 hour after pickup, you supposed to hire a baby sitter to bring your can in hahahahha lol
Our government is just holding us up every chance they get.
one hour after pick up?
i go to work at 6 am.
trash is picked up normally at 10am.
LOL
Glad we don’t got this in NZ, it is fine if red or yellow lid bin is left on the street for a couple of days after collection
I HATE WHEN THEY PUT DOORS OR COVERS ON TRANSCANS THAT ARE ON THE STREETS ITS DISCUSTING TO HAVE TO PUSH A TRASH CAP OR LITTLE DOOR
1 hour is overkill but a day is when it should be.
Seriously wow for no reason my neighbors leave there garbage cans out and the don’t care like use them as like public bins for the people that are walking what if they are old people and the can pull there bin HUH
Someone needs to be in the unemployment line.
Issue fines for year round xmas lights.🤣
Those homeowners don’t even pay fair property taxes: ABOLISH PROP 13
hahahahahahahahahahah
Great, they don’t own the streets.
