Second Week of Training Tiza

Second week of training Tiza and she’s already calmer and more confident with me next to her, where as before she was very guarded. She’s beginning to trust me and move with intention, instead of reacting in fear and distrust.⁣

She has slowed down and has begun to think through the questions to develop a clearer understanding of what’s being asked of her. She’s so smart she wants to do the right thing. It just takes time to allow them to catch up in their speed. ⁣
