My friend has a house with no cellphone reception. The wifi is cable not DSL. would this setup your doing provide him with his own cellular service, wifi, and also earn 4x mobile tokens? There are no videos talking about what is needed in your house for existing wifi, if it piggbacks off it, or if no wifi is needed for making 5G cellular signal. great videos.
I also have cable not DSL. As far as I am aware, as long as he subscribes to Helium 5G service on his phone, he will be able to have mobile coverage at his location with a Helium hotspot. So far I am earling much more rewards than the newer 5G hotpots. However, the newer 5G hotpots are much cheaper when it comes to the entry point of hotpot cost. He may be better off getting the less expensive hotspot. Each day, as more people join the network, the rewards become less and less. It's tough to predict anything since the network changes and grows daily. This is my experience thus far. I hope that it helps.
We are still receiving Genesis type rewards for having our 5G radios up and running, and they have been cut in half since the halving. The price went up a bit for $MOBILE, so everything has stayed about the same as far as my rewards.
I would only trust radio's that are purchased directly from the vendor. There are way to many nightmare stories out there from people who purchased from other (non-vendor) sources.
Hello, I'm currently making around 12k rewards per day. However, that number drops daily as more radios come online. There are also better locations than mine that are earning much more. Good luck and I wish you the best!
I have purchased the helium outdoor hotspot 5g currently sold out. However, I still have my freedomFi and never installed it because the cells was going to empty my pockets. Do you think it’s worth still getting a cell? Not sure what the hotspot and the radio does when it comes to rewards.
From what I see, this cell is still the best radio to maximize the current rewards. With so much volatility and uncertainty in today's market, it is tough to say. The $MOBILE price action is all over the place and the network is growing drastically with users mapping the network with their phones and new 5G hotspots being added daily. This is all great for the network and for the eventual price of HNT and MOBILE. But as far as rewards, each day we earn less as the network grows. But if the price keeps climbing then all bets are on. It's tough to predict anything at this point. There are too many uncertainties here and in the overall crypto world., as usual. However, if you believe that Helium Mobile is here to stay, then over time, everything should work out well with our investments. Of course this isn't financial advice, just my opinion for whatever it's worth. Good Luck!
How many hexes does a setup like this cover? I’m trying to get a setup and when looking on the planner there are some people covering like 2700 hexes with 25,000 tokens daily in my area which is a non boosted zone/state and I would like to know how they are getting that kind of coverage.
Hello, with this radio i'm covering around 30 hexes. It is not placed in the most ideal area yet. It can definitely do much better. As far as the radio's in your area, I would think they have multiple radios covering that region. You should be able to get the details in the explorer. Good luck!
So 40,000 IOT per day is 25 dollars correct. What is your average per day IOT coins made? Because making 750 a month on a 5k investment is okay but not the coolest correct? Do you live in major city? Subburb? Country?
Hello, the 5G radios earn $MOBILE rewards, not iOT. iOT is earned by the Helium hotspots for providing data coverage. I live in NJ; very populated area. -Hg
Hello, you do not need a license. You will need to submit a few pictures as well as azimuth and elevation readings and wait for approval. It's a relatively simple process.
@@NTCReviews Thank you for the quick response. I already have the Baicells 430 setup and get around $10/day worth of helium mobile, but the planner estimates that I should be making $60/day with the high-power 436 radio and 13 dbi antenna.
@@NTCReviews i was looking for a switch to additional 430s but i found it already. for the power source of the 436h is it waterproof or did you have to put it in an enclosure?
@@NTCReviews thanks! also i seen that you install 4 antennas on your 436, do you know if its possible to install 2 antennas? i read on discord that they said ill only get rewards for 1
There are a few choices when it comes to antennas for the 436. When I initially received the 436, the antenna setup that you saw was the quickest option that I could get my hands on. I purchased from RAK and I've been very happy with their support over the years. There is a link in the description if you are interested in getting more details on this setup. The 4 antennas come as part of 1 setup. They are bundled together when purchasing that option. Keep me posted as to what you decide to do.
will these systems get phased out due to HIP 101 ? it hasn't gotten voted yet but it seems some in the community are making a big push with the WIFI standard.
Helium 5G/LTE will expire soon. Helium pivoted now to Wifi offload instead of CBRS with its Mobile hotspot. So sorry for those heavily invested with CBRS/freedomfi equipment.
well this didn't age verry well. :)) i had opportunity to get one but i said neahhh this project will slowly die cause people had enough of Nova lab and all the bs first iot than mibile next wifi, but look at it now. mobile 10x'ed. dang it, can't believe people actually didn't learn anything from last bull run and novalabs money grab tactics with "this is the next big thing"😅

oh I know your pockets fat right about now lol
Things are pretty good. But I do feel that it is just the beginning.

Can you give us a update on how your helium 5G earnings now that mobile token is now got a price

Very informative reviews you make 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you, I appreciate your support.
Man, you should be a millionaire by now, haha
If you mean a million $MOBILE, then yes. 😁
I found a 436h on eBay but has no sticker for serial number would that be a problem getting it up and running

How much output power in terms of DBM or watts does that put out to reach people far away?
Hello, I grabbed this from the spec sheet:
Transmit Power Range 0 to 30 dBm per channel (combined +36 dBm, configurable) (1 dB interval)
@@NTCReviews Okay great thank you, so it only gets up to 36 dbm?
As far as the specs state, at least for now.
Have a great day! 🍻
Do you have a current median average of rewards/tokens you get daily from this unit, hearing your response is my last step before I jump into the 436!

Do you know the power consumption of the low power outdoor small cell and indoor cell
I'm not sure but that info should be on the manufacturer's website.

I have 430s and 436 radios .I also bought the indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi units.those Wi-Fi units are really not that good
