Telecom operators started 2020 in familiar territory. Revenues were stable and Telcos continued their steady, if not always swift, adoption of digitalisation and agile ways of working. This year’s IT benchmarking study (TeBIT), a survey of European operators’ IT spending and performance that was completed in December 2020, takes a close look at how COVID-19 and a new reality have impacted customers and Telcos alike.
