Correction: We get info about the Druids from ancient Roman writers and Raymond Buckland is credited for bringing Wicca to the United States.

My favourite part of the Malleus was the suggestion that witches kept wieners in boxes, and fed them with straw. I laughed *so* hard when I first read that in high-school.
Admittedly, though, it pains me to hear people mispronounce things that they insist on bringing-up...

She keeps saying the church, what she should say is the Catholic church. The Catholic Church also persecuted the protestants for not worshipping the bread and wine.

And the Protestants did the same. The Pendleton Witches were most likely Catholics who were practicing in secret. Also, Protestants in Northern Europe (Germany, England, etc.) also killed people, specifically Catholics and Jewish people. So, both sides aren't good. Both sides started it during the Reformation.
