A surprisingly versatile set that fits in well with a lot of other LEGO ranges and subthemes, LEGO Icons 10315 Tranquil Garden is an excellent display piece for any home. Sitting somewhere between the LEGO Architecture range and the Botanical Collection, the set is charming and filled with personality, perfectly recreating a carefully cultivated Japanese garden that shows off the balance between human creativity and the beauty of the natural world.
While the set promises a ‘Zen’, meditative build experience, things start fairly slow before getting more interesting as the build progresses. Nothing is too challenging, but as with any set, the process is exactly as relaxing as the builder decides it should be. - Розваги
I really enjoyed building this set, except the little white panels were very difficult for me to insert for the tea house. It’s really beautiful. I’m a new Lego hobbyist at 67, because I was not allowed to own or play with Lego as a little girl since Lego was believed, by my family, to be a boy’s only toy. I’m so glad I finally got into Lego, late though it may be.
61 yo female here...worked with kids for years so I could play with them. Now buy me own.
I had a difficult time getting the pagoda into the right spot, but loved the build

I love that you can easily move around the modular trees and also that its minifigure scale!
My wife is very excited for this, as am I. I went with friends to Japan and we did tea in a garden and it is a great highlight to me. This reminds me very much of that.
I wasn’t really considering this set, but after watching this review now I really want it. I think I can mod it to fit in my city and set it up as a really cool garden for the mini figs.

I love this set, but what I didn't feel like was a joy to construct was popping all the windows in, I just felt like I did a little bit of damage everytime I heard that SNAP, apart from that the set was really lovely putting together.
I’ve never seen your videos before but I was very surprised by the unique style your videos have. You discuss topics that no other UA-camr really does, like how this set will display/ all display options for the set. It’s refreshing and nice

Excellent review, I totally agree with everything you said about this. I just finished it a couple days ago and it’s maybe one of my favorite sets ever, I’m gonna do exactly like you said, and insert it in my city and then buy a couple more to have on display, I’m totally in love with this one!

Flaw: the gray ball socket combo at the base of the bamboo is very unsightly. If LEGO refuses to recolor this element due to other colors having a lower structural tolerance, then it should have been hidden by other plant elements, or inside the socket that allows for customization. Besides that, I agree, this is a winner.
