ALOHA! I used to swim at Paniau all the time and other various spots along the coast. One of my favorites was Two-Step. I took a boat tour of the coast once and got to swim up and down the coastline a little. I love the Big Island! I once saw a HUGE honu at the Kona harbor swimming, he was so BIG , but I am double guessing myself, maybe it was a manta instead. E malama pono!

2 step is the spot! We do our deep training there. Glad to hear you have fond memories of your time here. Where do you live now?
