I'll tell you why I like watching him hold pads the coach I've seen lots of people hit pads hold pads seen lots of coaches in there working with their people but I've never seen one as happy as this man to be holding pads for his fighters you can see the true love and passion he has
Having such a big bloke to hold pads must feel so solid, you know he's hardly moving when you dig in them shots, Christian Knowles is in my mind the reason John haggerty is so strong, amazing coach man!
