Nice way to demonstrate sir... Without causing any harm but showing that the movements and the techniques are effective by the look on our face... They work... And she was a beautiful willing subject to the demonstration which made it even more worthwhile.... Love it keep going

having done judo.jui jitsu and aikido,and guru of silat, there are many similarities between them and silat,it reminded me of aiki -jitsu,more combat oriented,very easy to combine jitsu's and silat/silek
