If you use straight line depreciation but the vehicle use wasn’t entirely 100 percent business use would you have to reduce the 4K by a percentage. Let’s say 25 percent use by personal use so 4k per year would now be 3k per year?

i think it would be, 6(months)/12 x depreciable cost per year. OR another way, depreciable cost per year / 2
