- Executive Order 66 was an order initiated by Palpatine to wipe out every Jedi in the galaxy. What if the Order only affected half the clones? What would happen to the troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic? Would they turn on each other or would they be able to survive the ordeal? How would the Jedi handle the Execution of Order 66? What would happen with Anakin's March on the Temple?

@@CommanderGrbikThose two things are not mutually exclusive. Everyone else has perfect knowledge of Mundi, you don't know better, you've just got a way more narrow mindset. Mundi isn't called a sociopath because of how he treats his men. He's called a sociopath because of how he treats the enemy, the Jedi, and his family. He's called a sociopath because he uses the Jedi code to support his logical lunacy in twisted ways, and he represents the worst of what the Jedi have to offer.. his intentions may have been good, but that does not make him a good person. Also, he may have been kind to his men, but he also actively did not "care" for them, as you put it. He had courtesy. There's a difference. He had zero attachment and was never seen mourning their deaths or losses, never joined their celebrations and often shut them down. How he talked to anakin at Obi-wan and Qui-Gon's funerals is really all I even need to point out.

I can imagine even with faulty chips there were most likely many clone battalions that hated there jedi masters and would have most likely gunned em down without a second thought thinking it what they did was the lesser of two evils.

George Lucas (the decider of all things canon) said that Mace beat Sidious fair and square, end of story. Sidious didn't use a big brain move to lose on purpose, his pleading with Anakin was simply a pathetic, last-ditch effort to save himself. Imagine if he does survive. He's seen his entire order destroyed, and if anything would put him out for revenge, it would be that. I could see him going to kill Palpatine after the fact, succeeding, but instead of using it to making things better, he takes over as emperor and becomes an even more loathsome big bad.

If the chips weren't in the clones I can see half going through with order 66, and the other half not wanting to betray their generals such as Plo and Kenobi. How ever Mundi and others like him would get gunned down. Because they didn't treat them like people just disposable beings

the first one would lead to ashoka being dead as Rex would not know about the chips and warn her what was happening.
Echo being alive wouldn’t have changed all that much.
Crosshair would have just supported the squad and maybe seen a fight with hunter a few times

I wonder what it would be like if Grievous came to terms with the past and the war... I can only imagine Grievous with his own fleet hunting down Palpatine in bloodlust, him being a major cause for the suffering of his people, his grotesque transformation, and the slaughter of millions of innocent people using him as a puppet.

I like this because the grand army gains recruits of human and alien soliders fighting side by side with the clones. And even the froid armies as well.

What if the Jedi holdout significantly better than they did in the canon timeline? Yes, all the same Jedi that died would've still die but except they put up a significantly better fight and took down quite a few clones than just a one sided slaughter. Would the Separatist sees a window of opportunity and launched a successful counter attack?

What if the chips malfunctioned and activated random orders from the list?
Instead of "everyone go "order 66" or no"
Some went 66, some 65, some 69, some 01, etc.
Some would have attacked the Jedi, some Palpatine, some other non-sense
what would be even funnier is if the order got cut off halfway leaving it at order 6, and so the clones just throw away their transponders and can't receive any further orders.

What if Windu's team to arrest Palpatine had an extra member who was assigned the role of keeping eye out for anyone who would try to interfere. Because this 5th Jedi Master was not part of the fighting he witnessing Anakin betraying Windu and fleets the scene warning the Jedi Temple of the coup's failure and Anakin's betrayal of the Jedi Order. Allowing the Jedi Temple to enter lockdown just before the newly annoineted Darth Vader and the 501st arrived
I haven't seen this covered before: What if Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru survived? What if just one of them survived?
Really like that there were only some clones effected by Order 66.
@dianesinger9729 Yeah, This tragic truth but, the worst thing is that those Clones didn’t even wouldn't to kill The All The Jedi if it weren’t for Palpatine. And not Anakin who saved. And protected Palpatine from Mace. It would be better if Anakin helped Mace to kill Palpatine since he decided to intervene in the battle. Or Anakin allowed Mace to kill him. And it turned out that Anakin was the hands of Palpatine. And with the Hands of Clones he actually killed The All The Jedi because, thanks to him The Survivor Palpatine was able to execute Order 66. Now sad. Poor The Clones. The All The Jedi. And Anakin.

Man, one thing always pains me, is when the loyal pilots are trying to cover the air for Cap but get shot before they arrive to their ships… Agents of Shield side of the event was fantastic too…

What if the Jedi encouraged Anakin to continue tinkering with machines.
Honestly it's such a waste that Anakin couldn't do some cool machine based force powers like Kazdan Paratus in The Force Unleashed, or worked in the Temple's tech wing working with droids like him. If it wasn't for the war breaking out it would have been a good fit for him

Honestly, hearing the battle between Maul, the Grand Inquisitor, Palpatine, Yoda, Anakin, and Ashoka was amazing. I got a great feel from it and it was extremely fun to listen to. I also loved when Anakin and Yoda took Palpatine together, amazing video!

This would be awesome as a series
This is probably one of my favourites I’ve ever seen it’s tragic seeing brother vs brother action and I loved how the Clone Wars was longer Clones and Republics Recruits vs Droids and Criminal Thugs and maybe even some Loyalist Maulderlorians. That would’ve been epic. Personally at the end Leia would’ve definitely chosen to be a politician but Luke probably would have wanted to live in Anakins footsteps and would likely join the Jedi order. 10/10 amazing job on this one.
Personally my favourite concept in this particular one is seeing Venator Star Destroyers and Aclimator Assault Ships side by side to Victory Star Destroyers and Imperator/Tector Star Destroyers.
Because being the massive empire at war fan I am and the various clone wars era mods in particular i find that just very beautiful.

What if anakin made his own droid squadron?
Since he made C3P0 with some parts he could find as a kid, maybe as an adult with more resources or something he could just make his own battle droids to help in the war or something like that?
So a squad of HK 50s. Cuse no one could ever hope to make a perfect double of HK 47. The copies are another story.
