Hello, Mike! Found my way to your channel via Chris from @RekkidTalk. New to the VC myself and having a blast. Have subscribed and looking forward to checking out your videos. Big fan of used, crate finds etc, and love the 45s! Great stuff all around 😎🎶 Ed.
An early morning watch for me - I guess it's now around 3 AM in your time zone! ... Hopefully you won't drown us with too many of those horrible youtube ads when you get monetized - I've had to unsub several channels for numerous ads (some every 2 minutes!) making their videos impossible to watch. "Premium" is an even bigger rip-off - it's more fun blasting ads away after the youtube 5-second "countdown"! 95% of youtube ads are outright scams anyway and I would NEVER click on ANY of them. With that being said, I'm ready to see what you have for us this time! ...Did you say Yoko Ono "singing"? ...I think the best-selling and/or most important GNP record albums were always kept in the catalogue by Gene's son, Norman so there would be multiple pressings as needed. You might be able to still order them! ...I'm finding many cool records in the wild these days - even at my local co-op!
I leave it to UA-cam for where they place the ads. I've heard others place more ads in their videos. UA-cam takes all the revenue for non monitored channels though.
@@MikeFindsThings Thankfully, most of the record people I regularly watch don't have placed ads interrupting their videos except the "standard" youtube-placed ad before and after their videos but some other various channels place way too many throughout their videos that it becomes ridiculous. The "travel-with-me" channels are some of the worst! Hopefully you won't become like that because I love your videos! Just saying.
I don't usually go to estate sales, but there was one very close to my house last weekend. The only records were a box of 78s for $10. I'm not a 78 collector, but off a quick glance it was just common 50s easy listening & country, probably nothing of value. I don't imagine the little old lady that lived across the road from a Baptist church had a stash of cool weird records.
you found sound great stuff this week all over the place I like it
I like a wide variety of music
Very Cool Looking Wreath....
It's a Halloween wreath. Haven't switched the decorations to Xmas yet
I found steely dan Aja album last month on the ABC label was so excited to find this at my local record shop and it plays well.
Steely Dan is always worth picking up to listen to on vinyl.

Thanks. I'm always out looking for stuff, so you never know what I'm going to find.
@MikeFindsThings Same here. That's the fun of it 😎🎶
I would love to see a video of you showing off your Jukes
I'll probably make one soon.

Always Good Stuff Mike....I'll pass on Yoko Ono....
I listened to Yoko once to see if it was as bad as folks said and can confirm.

Most 78s are pretty much worthless. It's great when you do find some great ones out in the wild though.
