I 've just tried the movement from 04.00 to 05.35 for about 5 minutes for 2 days and I can feel the joints of my legs were more flexible and strengthed and I feel no more joint-pain after my basketball training today. Trust me! I'm 49 years old and I have been active for sports to keep healthy so, I can really feel the difference. Thanks for uploading! Highly recomended!

講的非常條理分明、非常好,但理論上可以再細點說明會更好,然肢體示範上好像少了頗多環扣。重要的是這些理論,是最基本的,,是最重要的,對初學者有相當的幫助。若要提昇太極拳功夫層次,則需再加入其他功法才夠,這是個人45年煉太極好心得。

缠丝劲没什么神秘的也没什么独特的,并不是陈氏特有的,只要是真正得到真传肯定会练出缠丝劲。我不是炼陈氏的一样会缠丝劲。而且缠丝劲也不并是比划出来的,照着划圈是练不出缠丝劲。只要有内息产生开始气化后自然而然会有缠丝劲。所谓太极各种劲力只是内息气化作用。至于内息嘛,不说了。
