As someone who worked for Target, this company can absolutely burn to the ground with no tears shed, the higher performing your store most often times the worse off it was, we had a store GM that was never in, a bunch of tyrant managers who would walk the shelves at the end of the night and knock stuff onto the floor if it was even sort of out of line, they were rude, half the managers were spineless and the other half were micromanagers, I got fired cause the grocery micromanager decided to put me in seasonal even though I was the only one trained in electronics, the seasonal guy got put in my spot and we agreed to swap cause it made sense, which got me fired when I told him I wasn't going back to seasonal when he walked by and saw me helping people cause it made him angry we weren't falling into his micromanaging.

I managed a lot of serious retail store and those are paid by us (the company) they are security for scoping potential burglar or potential fraud during payment! they are very good and trained to do that, that probably why the guy was professional, he was scoping at first asking if it came with the person and said don't interact. he also didn't destroyed the RC and was gentle with it like said in the video. what I say is that they have protocol to follow and imo this guy was professional
