Tomato grind
1/4spn ajvain, 1/2 meethi Dana soaked in water
1/2Haldi, 1 salt soaked in water
Heat oil
Add cut arbi
Cook for 5min on medium high flame.
Add haldi, salt water
Cook for 8 min
Shift arbi in a plate
Add 1 pinch hing in oil
Add 1 zeera
Add 1/2 sauf
Add 2 chopped onion and cook till translucent
1tbsp Ginger garlic
Add ajvain and methi water when onion turns brown
Add 1/2 tsp haldi
Add 1tsp kashmiri lal mirch
Add 1tsp dhania powder
Roast
Add tomato paste
Add 1.5tsp salt
Add arbi
Add water
Add 1tsp garam masala
Pressure cook two whistle
