Sir Let me apprise you that if a project is not located in Municipal limits non Himachali can buy only if it has been approved by Government of HP .Usually projects approval goes till cabinets for approval . For other cases individual buying a property has to seek permission under HP land tenancy act which is also granted by cabinet of ministers on the recommendation of Deputy commissioner of concerned District. Even a State Govt. Employee must be residing in HP before 1972 and then buy land in HP under permission again. So laws are stringent here .
