EASY NO-BAKE OREO CHEESECAKE RECIPE | Creamy Homemade Dessert Using a Blender

  • No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake
    Ingredients:
    For the Crust:
    Oreo cookies (including filling)
    1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
    For the Cheesecake Filling:
    16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
    1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
    1/2 cup (60g) condense milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Crust:
    *Place Oreo cookies in a blender and blend until they form fine crumbs.
    *Add the melted butter to the blender and blend again until the mixture is well combined.
    *Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a 6-inch springform pan to form the crust. Use the back of a spoon to make it even.
    *Place the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
    2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
    *Add the softened cream cheese, all-purpose cream, condense milk, and vanilla extract to the blender.
    *Blend the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
    *Stop the blender occasionally to scrape down the sides if needed to ensure everything is well mixed.
    *Once the filling is smooth, add the roughly chopped Oreo cookies and gently stir them in with a spoon or spatula (do not blend).
    3. Assemble the Cheesecake:
    *Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
    *Spread the filling evenly using a spatula.
    *Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the cheesecake is set.
    4. Serve:
    *Once the cheesecake is set, remove it from the refrigerator.
    *Carefully remove the springform pan sides.
    *Optionally, garnish with whipped cream around the edges.
    *Slice and serve chilled.
