We really enjoyed the Qantas museum...you have to stop there one day. But I had to go the whole hog and walk on the wing of the plane, which turned out pretty expensive.
That was a great video you did there. Made me think even more that I should do it. It is those types of things where having a companion would be nice. I am way more at ease if I am walking or hiking on my own, but it's nice to share some of life's special things 🤣🤣
The Domino's pizza looked lovely mate. Those bugs...not so much. EEK! I recall Chris' visit to the Qantas museum. Cool little partial road trip mate. Shame that your phone doesn't offer some image stabilization. Anxious for the next bit Bernie!
G'day Nate. Pizza was OK, I just wanted something fast and easy. And had hoped for a good night's sleep. That was a good video by Chris. I have been through Longreach many times, I guess because of the vast distances I am in a hurry to get from A to B. The biggest problem is not having a stable mount for my phone. I have tried various types but they all move a little. Mind you, our roads are not in great nick. The road trip will continue 😁🤠
@@adventurewithbernie Domino’s is certainly kicking around in our parts as well. It isn’t anything to brag about, but it gets the job done. I’m with you as it pertains to getting from A to B. You should treat yourself and build a bit of spare time into these longer journeys in case something crosses your path. It all adds to the flavour mate! Good to see your well, despite your brekkie regiment. 😜 🤝🍾

I am currently doing my third stint at the Bungle Bungle Caravan Park. Working as a Tour Guide into Purnululu NP. We are hoping to open May 1st or shortly thereafter, coinciding with the opening of Purnululu. Season ends at the end of September, I started here on February 20. If you do make it this far make sure you pop in 🍻
😅 Not earwigs Chris, not sure what they were. But yep, kept me awake all night crawling all over me. One of the worries is they may crawl in your mouth or ears. Was way too hot in the car 🥺
Fuck those bugs man I would of flipped out esp in a motel.....was those chicken sandwiches real chicken or that fake plastic shit they use...hate those places that sell shit chicken lol.....I have some bad news I'm not sure if you knew...I fell asleep at the wheel last month almost killed me.and Chloe coming back from a huge wknd I was wrecked no sleep just up and go with work then a music festival felt fine but nipped off and almost killed us totalled my car and all was a fucked experience....always pull over and have a kip even if it's for 5 mins mate if your tired there's no rush to ya funeral or death lol....keep safe mate

I have never experienced a day like this one behind the wheel, I was seeing some of the weirdest shit ever! Those bugs were crazy, so I barely got any sleep. Not a good night. It was real chicken but tasted bloody weird, I just had to get something in my guts to help wake me up. We are hoping our park and the NP will open on May 1st, all going well. Take care mate and look after yourself, hope you are mobile again. I can't imagine you sitting still for long 😁🙏

Omg... we're they earwig bugs crawling on you all night...would have freaked me out completely and would have slept in my car lol😅
