i'm in the plan phase, and i have taken the leap :P
That’s so exciting!! I hope it’s been fun so far for you 😊
Hey taylor ive binge watched a good amount of your videos, and the only part where i feel like its not 100% clear to me is what niche to start...i saw a video where you explain that results is in finding the hidden niches or subniches...and i also recently bought your niche calender but it seems to be more broad and niches that are always high competition...ive barely opened up my first etsy store,do you have any tips on wether i should try finding low competition niches or try following your calendar to start. *sorry for the long comment*
Sounds like an awesome opportunity! Thanks for sharing ❤
Of course!💖💖💖
@@TaylorPODI imagine you cover this, but is pricing something you advise on? I think that’s the area I’m most uncertain about. I’m at 500+ sales, but want this to take over my income from my consulting job. So I think dialing in pricing will help a lot as I scale
Yes! There is an entire module on pricing. 🤗
@@TaylorPODjoined :) looking forward to the day I work for myself. Also saw the customer reply templates and didn’t know how much I needed that. Excited to dive in more ❤
Hi!! 👋 Long time listener/watcher, first time commenter. 😅
I'm confused with niches. I know what they are and all, but... in your opinion is it a better idea to focus solely on one niche across all designs, or is the idea to make sure every design has A niche? Does that make sense?
I've had my shop for a while, tending to it off and on never really gaining true traction. I'm determined this time around to make it work, but I feel like I'm very much in that "Throwing Spaghetti" mode, trying to find out what works. I'm also doing shirts, sweatshirts, mugs on almost all my designs. But should I just stick with one until that traction hits?
Love your channel by the way. Thank you for all your help!!
Hey! Totally get what you’re saying, and this is exactly what The Rule of 5 Ones is designed to fix.
Every design should have a niche, but instead of jumping between a bunch, focus on one at a time-at least 25+ designs before switching. Same with products-sticking to one product type (until you hit 100 sales) helps you see what’s working faster.
Thanks for supporting my channel, really appreciate it! 😊
@TaylorPOD THANK YOU for the response! That sounds like a solid strategy. I'm going to run with that advice and let you know how it goes.
Do customers complain about how long it takes for items to get to them?
Im in!
Wooohooo! 🥳
Hi Taylor, always a pleasure to see you and consume your content
I've been eagerly waiting for the seo kickstart and design kickstart mini courses, may I know when it's gonna be available? ❤❤
Hi!! Soon!! 💖 They were delayed as my family got sick in January. Thanks for your patience :)
@@TaylorPODI hope they are feeling better now, my best wishes for them.
I must say the first mini course was amazing, well structured and straight to the point. I'll definitely join the pod connection as soon as I finish the other 2. see you inside ❤😊
Plan Phase😅
Do you think having a goal of making 5k per month from a pod shop is reasonable?
What’s reasonable really depends on your definition. Reasonable based on what-your time, effort, and expectations? Are you building this as a side hustle or going all in?
$5K profit likely means around $15K in revenue, and getting there takes time, consistency, and strategy. It’s absolutely possible, but the bigger question is: does your definition of reasonable align with the level of commitment it takes to reach that goal?
Personally, I set big goals because what’s reasonable to me is knowing I’ll always go 200% all in. But that’s not everyone’s style, and that’s okay! It really comes down to how you want to approach it.
