The colour grading on both the video work as well as the stills is beautiful. Nicely done! People underestimate the capture qualities of the M43 system and you make that camera sing!
Do you realise at 9:38 to 9:44 you gave us a birds eye view of Jimmy Saville's hideway home. I travelled that road as a child with parents in the 70s and 80s, and as an adult on many a Scottish holiday (bit of a slog) from Bristol though. Fantastic place Glen Coe, thanks for sharing your time there.
Some familiar shots of an iconic hill. If i might point one thing out it looks like detail is lost particularly in the shadow ares but that might be the effect you want
I have noticed odd focus against the markings. The thumbnail for this video was a faff as the markings and where my camera was didn’t seem to mesh up. It’s a good observation.
the mountain is called Buachaille Etive Mòr, translated to "The great herdsman of Etive"

Well that was pretty stunning.
Chris this was amazing!!! Loved the images
Thanks so much!
WOW! What gorgeous images - Scotland is so high up on my bucket list and now I know one of the routes I'd like to take. 🙂

I believe it's going to be demolished.
Thanks for taking me on this journey. Really nice pictures and inspiring to get up early to enjoy nature.
It’s absolutely the best time of day to be out.
Nice to see some different compositions from the norm! Cool night for you, but I bet you’re chuffed with the outcome!
5:20 mark. Fantastic image
Fabulous video and stills Chris, thanks for making this top work 👍
Stunning pictures! I was thinking of upgrading my EM1mkii but now I have changed my mind.
Fascinantes imágenes y que lugar más hermoso, la casa y esos arboles me recuerdan el campo. Gran trabajo Chris!
Thank you very much.
Wonderful photos. What a beautiful area of Scotland.
I can’t wait to get back, it’s stunning.

I tend to crunch shadows down when I edit. It’s just personal preference but good observation.
Great shots Chris 👍 Did you get a welly full of water getting to the middle of the rocks at etive mor? 🤣🤣
No I managed to stay completely dry this time around! We will have to work out a collab at some point when the weather picks up and daylight happens!
@@ChrisBaitsonPhoto Yeah that sounds good to me 👍 let me know when you are thinking.
Just found this channel already love this video great work Chris.. 😊
Welcome aboard! Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed it 😌
i love Glencoe so many photos, so where did you start your walk up for the three sisiters
There’s a lay-by on the A82 just before you come to an old road/path behind a metal gate.
You notice infinity on the 6mm Loawa is actually out of focus? Have to go back a little . At least thats what i noticed on mine right away

You can’t trust the distance scale markings on any Laois lens. On my 17mm, infinity is at 7’ 😂
Beautiful! So nicely done including the commentary! Curious what you use for a vlog camera? Couldn’t find on your gear page.
I mostly use my Olympus E-M1 Mark ii for video and occasionally I will use the Sony A7r.
Why do you have your l bracket that way around?
I like to have it that way around.
Cus he's Northern, they're back to front 🤣
@@mostlymessingabout Unless you’re from Newcastle and then I’m southern. I’m so confused about which ‘thern I am.
Someday ill need to learn how to do that panarama on my om1
